UK Retreats 2025
Please read the terms and conditions carefully before you book.
By paying your deposit and booking on to the retreat, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions listed below and are fully aware that there is a release of liability included.

ABOUT THE RETREAT
The Wild Artist Retreat is being facilitated by the individual Rose Wicksteed, working under the company Rose Wicksteed Casting Limited, established in the United Kingdom.
PAYMENT
The deposit is GBP 250 per person and it is non-refundable.
A non-refundable deposit per person plus submission of the online enrollment form is required to complete your booking.
The remaining balance is due by 14th February 2025 (1 month before the start of the retreat).
If the final balance is not received by the due date, then your booking cannot be guaranteed and your place will be offered to a waiting list.
CANCELLATION & REFUND
If you decide to cancel your booking after paying the deposit, this deposit cannot be transferred to another retreat or person.
If you cancel more than 8 weeks before the start of the retreat you will be refunded 50% of the total cost minus the deposit.
If you cancel less than 8 weeks before the start of the retreat there will be no refunds given.
Due to this being an intimate retreat with a small group, no refunds will be issued for unforeseen circumstances on your part.
You will be entitled to a 100% refund if the retreat is cancelled by us for any reason. No additional payments will be given for any expenses you have incurred in preparation for the retreat including but not limited to flights, other accommodation and insurance.
Due to our need to commit to accommodation and other arrangements in advance, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason.
TRAVEL & HEALTH INSURANCE
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of private travel insurance with full protection for the entire duration of the retreat for all risks including medical expenses, injury, death, repatriation, cancellation and curtailment, flight delays, loss or theft of personal belongings with adequate cover.
You must hold or obtain travel insurance in order to partake in the retreat.
MEDICAL DISCLOSURE
You participate in any movement sessions, activities and any workshops arranged by the retreat voluntarily and at your own risk. You must employ your own judgment as to which movements, positions, exercises and excursions are appropriate for your level of training, overall physical fitness and experience as well as mental stability.
You must inform us on our enrollment form of any medical conditions, pregnancy, disability or any other mental and or physical condition which may affect fitness to travel, including medications you are currently taking.
LIABILITY WAIVER
You agree that in so far as is legally allowed that you release, waive and forever discharge any and all liability, claims and demands of whatever kind or nature against Rose Wicksteed Casting Limited and any of its directors and/or employees and/or collaborators and/or subcontractors arising from any damage or loss to person or property that occurs during your participation on the retreat.
You hereby agree to be responsible for your own welfare and accept any and all risks of delay, unanticipated events, inconvenience, illness, injury, emotional trauma or death.
You hereby certify that you are physically fit and have not been advised to not participate, by any means or in any manner, in any such activity arranged by the retreat facilitator.
You hereby waive, release and discharge from and against any and all liability from your participation in the trip and in any and all activities arranged by the retreat facilitator, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of Rose Wicksteed Casting Limited and/or its employees and/or its collaborators and/or its subcontractors, for your death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to you including your trip to and from activities arranged by the retreat facilitator.
You agree that this release shall be legally binding upon you personally and all members of your family.
VISA AND HEALTH ADVICE
You are responsible for getting your own immunisations, health advice and visas, if required.
PHONES AND SOCIAL MEDIA
This retreat is created for you to have an opportunity to disconnect from the outside world and technology. However we understand that sometimes it is not possible to put that life on hold for an extended period of time. Therefore it's at your own discretion how much time you devote to the screen and it is your choice how to use your technology in a mindful way. There is a phone signal and free wifi at the venue. We do ask that during any ceremonies and group practices that phones are not being used. In addition, please respect the privacy of other guests and do not take photographs which may include them or tag them in social media posts unless they have given consent.
OUR RIGHTS
We reserve the right to ask participants to leave the retreat if their behaviour is disruptive to the running of the retreat or other participants or staff. If you withdraw from the retreat at any time or if you are requested to leave due to disruptive behaviour, no part of the retreat fee shall be refunded.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS - GENERAL
The Terms and Conditions are kept under regular review. We reserve the right to amend or update the Terms and Conditions at any time. The effective date is displayed hereunder.
